  • 12 oz fully cooked chicken sausage sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 0.5 cup red onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
