Ingredients
  

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs panko or fine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip fish fillets into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with crumb mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook fish for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
