  • 4 white fish fillets cod, tilapia, or haddock
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat fish fillets dry.
  3. Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and spices.
  4. Add olive oil and combine.
  5. Coat fish with mixture.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Use fresh parmesan and panko for best results.
