Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese low-moisture
  • 1 cup almond flour fine blanched

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Rolling pin

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix almond flour into melted cheese to form dough.
  4. Roll dough thin between parchment sheets.
  5. Cut into cracker shapes.
  6. Bake until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Roll very thin for the crispiest crackers.
