  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs large

Method
 

  1. Blend bananas until smooth.
  2. Add oats and eggs and blend until batter forms.
  3. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour batter into small pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
