Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth if chunky.
- Mix cottage cheese and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into 4 portions and shape into bagels.
- Place on baking sheet and add toppings if desired.
- Bake 20–22 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before slicing or toasting.
Notes
Best served toasted. Blend cottage cheese for smoother dough.
