Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt optional

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth if chunky.
  3. Mix cottage cheese and flour until a soft dough forms.
  4. Divide dough into 4 portions and shape into bagels.
  5. Place on baking sheet and add toppings if desired.
  6. Bake 20–22 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing or toasting.

Notes

Best served toasted. Blend cottage cheese for smoother dough.
