Ingredients
  

Yogurt Cake Batter
  • 2 cups plain yogurt unsweetened
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cake pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk eggs until smooth, then mix in yogurt.
  3. Sift in cornstarch and whisk until lump-free.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake 35–40 minutes.
  5. Cool completely, then chill before slicing.
