Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, sweetener, and egg in a bowl until smooth.
- Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Flatten each cookie with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake for best soft and chewy texture.
