Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter no sugar added
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free granulated sweetener
  • 1 egg large

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix peanut butter, sweetener, and egg in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each cookie with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for best soft and chewy texture.
