  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups crushed tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet, then cook vegetables.
  3. Add tomatoes and seasoning; simmer briefly.
