Ingredients
  

Mini Pizzas
  • 4 English muffins halved (or use mini naan rounds)
  • 0.5 cup pizza or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni or any favorite topping

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Oven
  • Spoon for spreading sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice English muffins in half and place cut-side up on baking sheet.
  3. Spread a spoonful of sauce on each, sprinkle cheese, and top with pepperoni.
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden. Broil 1–2 minutes if desired.
  5. Cool slightly, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

You can substitute mini naan, bagels, or pita bread as the base. Great for kids’ parties or quick meals.
