Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites
  • 1 lb salmon cut into 1-inch cubes, skin removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch optional for crispiness
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.25 cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer and cook 6–9 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Stir together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make bang bang sauce.
  5. Toss or drizzle sauce over cooked salmon bites.
  6. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish, air fry salmon for the final 1–2 minutes without sauce.
