Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb lean beef top round or eye of round
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Slice beef into thin strips.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Marinate beef for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°F (82°C).
  5. Arrange beef strips in a single layer.
  6. Air fry 2–3 hours, flipping periodically.
  7. Cool completely before storing.

Notes

Jerky should bend without snapping when done.
