- Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place chicken breasts on one side of the air fryer basket.
- Add vegetables to the other side of the basket.
- Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and shake vegetables, then cook another 8–10 minutes.
- Remove chicken and rest 3 minutes before slicing.
- Add lemon juice if desired, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Add sweet potatoes or zucchini for variation, or season with Cajun or taco seasoning.
