  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil.
  3. Mix spices and rub evenly over chicken.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest chicken 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
