Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken wings drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder not baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken wings completely dry.
  3. Toss wings with baking powder and seasonings.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry 10 minutes, flip, then cook 8–10 minutes more.
  6. Rest briefly and serve.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, cook an additional 1–2 minutes.
