Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dill pickle chips patted dry
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat pickles dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko.
  4. Dredge pickles in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
