Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak sirloin, ribeye, or strip
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Pat steak cubes dry and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Place steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until desired doneness.
  5. Melt butter with garlic until fragrant.
  6. Toss cooked steak bites with garlic butter and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, bring steak to room temperature before cooking.
