  • 1.5 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Season steak cubes with oil and spices.
  3. Air fry steak bites until browned and cooked to preference.
  4. Toss hot steak with garlic butter and serve.
