Pork Bites
  • 1.5 lbs boneless pork chops cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme optional
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper optional
Dipping Sauce
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut pork chops into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss pork with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and cayenne.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Arrange pork bites in a single layer and air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon, honey, lemon juice, and pepper for dipping sauce.
  6. Serve hot pork bites with dipping sauce or side dishes.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cook in batches and avoid overcrowding. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
