  • 2 potatoes Yukon gold or russet
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice potatoes into ¼-inch rounds.
  2. Toss potato slices with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Air fry potatoes for 10 minutes, then flip.
  5. Cook an additional 6–8 minutes until crispy.
