Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini refrigerated
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini until just tender and drain.
  2. Prepare Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and cheese.
  3. Combine tortellini with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella and bake until bubbly and golden.
