Ingredients
  

Main
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 cup white rice uncooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.
  2. Spread rice in dish and pour soup mixture over it.
  3. Place chicken on top and season.
  4. Cover with foil and bake 90 minutes.

Notes

Do not stir during baking for best texture.
