Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup salami finely diced
  • 0.25 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives chopped
  • 2 tbsp green olives chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese and mozzarella until smooth.
  2. Add salami, olives, roasted peppers, parsley, seasoning, garlic, and pepper.
  3. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Shape mixture into a log using plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Roll the chilled cheese log in additional olives, peppers, and parsley.
  7. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

Allow the cheese log to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
