- Reduce apple cider by half and cool completely.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and cider.
- Bake 18–22 minutes and cool completely.
- Prepare spiced buttercream and frost cupcakes.
