Chia Pudding
  • 0.5 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk any kind
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Apple Topping
  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Crumble
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Whisk chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla. Refrigerate until thick.
  2. Cook apples with cinnamon and sweetener until soft.
  3. Toast oats with butter and cinnamon until golden.
  4. Layer chia pudding with apples and crumble.
