Method
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet until fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and onion; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and carrots; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sriracha, and broth.
- Pour sauce into skillet. Add noodles and toss until coated. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Add more sauce if you like extra-saucy noodles. Adjust sriracha for your preferred spice level.
