Ingredients
  

Kafta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion finely grated
  • 1 cup parsley finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  2. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Shape onto skewers.
  4. Grill for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.

Serve with pita, hummus, or salad for a complete meal.
