Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs and cool.
  2. Chop eggs and add to bowl.
  3. Mash avocado and mix with eggs.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
