- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and set aside.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain grease.
- Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, milk, and cheddar until creamy.
- Mix cooked pasta, beef mixture, and half the bacon. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with pickles or parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, top with crushed potato chips or fried onions before baking.
