Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggroll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños finely diced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
  2. Fill and roll eggroll wrappers.
  3. Heat oil to frying temperature.
  4. Fry eggrolls until golden and crisp.
  5. Drain briefly and serve warm.
