Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 8 slices bacon medium cut
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
Garlic Parmesan Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley chopped, plus more for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a rack on top if available.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan, paprika, and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Brush with garlic-parmesan butter.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with 2–3 slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Brush with remaining butter.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is 165°F (74°C) internally and bacon is nearly crisp.
  6. Broil 2–3 minutes for crispy bacon. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.

Notes

For extra crisp bacon, broil briefly at the end. Use a rack to ensure even cooking.
