Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a rack on top if available.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan, paprika, and parsley in a bowl.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Brush with garlic-parmesan butter.
- Wrap each chicken breast with 2–3 slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Brush with remaining butter.
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is 165°F (74°C) internally and bacon is nearly crisp.
- Broil 2–3 minutes for crispy bacon. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
Notes
For extra crisp bacon, broil briefly at the end. Use a rack to ensure even cooking.
