Breakfast Sliders
  • 6 mini bagels halved
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk and pepper.
  3. Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set.
  4. Place bagel bottoms in the baking dish.
  5. Add eggs, bacon, and cheese.
  6. Top with bagel tops.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle seasoning.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes until cheese melts and bagels toast.

Notes

Try adding avocado or tomato slices for extra flavor.
