- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in baked beans, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Optional: Add crispy onions or breadcrumbs during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley.

Tastes even better the next day! Try substituting BBQ sauce for ketchup for a smoky variation.
