  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp thyme
  • 0.5 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken legs dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Arrange on baking sheet with space between.
  5. Bake 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Broil 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
