  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise optional for extra creaminess
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in prepared dish.
  3. Mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, and half the cheddar in a bowl.
  4. Spread mixture over chicken, top with remaining cheese and chopped bacon.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
