Ingredients
  

Tilapia
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 4 slices lemon for topping

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Small bowl
  • Whisk or spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Prepare a baking dish.
  2. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Arrange tilapia fillets in baking dish.
  4. Pour lemon garlic mixture over tilapia.
  5. Add lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until flaky.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or Parmesan before baking.
