Baked Pears
  • 3 pears halved and cored
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 0.33 cup walnuts chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Halve pears and remove cores.
  3. Place pears cut-side up in the baking dish.
  4. Brush pears with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over pears.
  6. Drizzle honey and vanilla extract on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until pears are tender.
  8. Top with berries and walnuts before serving.

Notes

Serve with yogurt or ice cream for an extra creamy dessert.
