- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a ramekin.
- Blend oats into flour if needed.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients separately until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into ramekin and smooth top.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until center is set.
- Cool slightly, add toppings, and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust milk depending on protein powder thickness. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 4 days.
