- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine butter, garlic, lemon zest, juice, parsley, thyme, and dill in a small bowl.
- Pat red snapper dry, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place fish on baking sheet, spread half of the lemon herb butter on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Top with remaining butter immediately after baking. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
Notes
Use fresh red snapper for best flavor. You can substitute tilapia, halibut, or cod with the same cooking time.
