Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season salmon and place in baking dish.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Prepare sauce by melting butter and sautéing garlic.
  5. Add cream and broth, simmer until thickened.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and seasoning.
  7. Pour sauce over salmon and serve.

Notes

Do not overcook salmon for best texture.
