Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease baking dish.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat with flour and cornstarch.
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Simmer sauce ingredients until thick.
- Add pineapple and vegetables to chicken.
- Pour sauce over chicken and bake 15–20 minutes more.
Notes
Sauce thickens as it cools.
