Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 0.75 cup brewed chamomile tea cooled
  • 0.5 cup milk or dairy-free milk
  • 0.25 cup plain yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Brew chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen banana for a thicker smoothie.
