Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 8 flour tortillas large

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing spoon
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  2. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef and simmer with tomato sauce.
  4. Fill tortillas with beef and cheese.
  5. Roll burritos and toast if desired.
