  • 6 cups day-old bread cubes
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
