Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 oz sugar-free dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.75 cup powdered erythritol
  • 2 eggs large, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup almond flour finely ground
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in powdered sweetener.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt separately.
  7. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  8. Spread batter evenly into pan.
  9. Bake 18–22 minutes until edges are set.
  10. Cool completely before slicing.

Underbake slightly for the best fudgy texture.
