Fudge
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.66 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Combine sugar, butter, and milk and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in chocolate.
  4. Pour into pan and let set.

Notes

Do not overcook or fudge will become crumbly.
