Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl and let soak briefly.
- Add ground meat, egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll into evenly sized meatballs and arrange on baking sheet.
- Lightly brush or spray with olive oil and bake 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest briefly before serving or adding to sauce.
