- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, beef, cheese, pickles, and onion.
- Pour dressing over the mixture and toss until coated.
- Fold in shredded lettuce just before serving.
- Top with sesame seeds and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
