Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup biscoff spread

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake pans.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and Biscoff spread.
  5. Alternate dry ingredients and milk.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes and cool completely.

Notes

Melt Biscoff slightly before drizzling for a smooth finish.
