  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Dumplings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Simmer blackberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix dumpling dough ingredients.
  3. Drop dough into simmering berries.
